Meet the Trainers
Franchise Owner & Trainer
Aurelia Ford is a franchise owner and trainer in the Fairlawn, Medina, and Strongsville, Ohio area. Aurelia is an avid dog lover, having owned many breeds over the years. She believes in giving back to her community. Every year she facilitates a “Paint Your Pet” program, giving the proceeds to dog friendly organizations, such as Canine Companions, the Medina County SPCA, and various dog rescue groups.
Combining her love of dogs and her desire to help people, Aurelia’s goal is to help her clients and their dog achieve their training goals by implementing an The Upbeat K9 training program that is specific to their needs. By doing so, she believes dog owners and their best fiend will achieve their ultimate goal, which is living a life together that is filled with joy and happiness.
Dani is a dog advocate with a long history of caring for dogs in need of a safe place to call home. She is a certified pet caregiver and is the owner of two rescued greyhounds. Her passion for training began with her own dogs: teaching them about life after the track and helping them learn how to simply be a dog, not just a racer. She shares her beloved greyhounds with others by volunteering with Tails of Joy, a therapy dog group that visits assisted living homes in the area.
Dani has always been very interested in dog behavior and helping dog owners develop loving relationships with their four legged companion. She is excited to be a trainer for The Upbeat K9 and hopes to help you further develop your relationship with your best friend.
